Born on May 20, 1983 in Hyderabad, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr. carries the proud legacy of his grandfather, the legendary N. T. Rama Rao, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Telugu cinema icon.
Son of actor-politician Nandamuri Harikrishnaand Shalini Bhaskar Rao, Jr. NTR was destined for greatness. Initially named Tarak Ram, he was later renamed in honor of his illustrious grandfather.
